Data for the future

This month, we would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has filled out our membership survey.

Now what are we going to do with all this data, you might be asking? We use it to determine the future of the DJC!

With your responses, we can see who exactly are the folks coming to events and services, and who are not. We can learn what great ideas we may be missing out on.  We can confirm whether our programs (like the b’nei mitzvah program, last week’s annual Shabbat of Song/Shira or Rabbi Miriam’s Radical Judaism education sessions) are what you want us to continue investing our energy and resources in. We think our future’s looking bright, but we want to make sure you all think so too.

Don’t miss out on this week’s Tu B’shvat seder exploring Jewish and Indigenous connections to nature, or Saturday’s unService/games night at the pub. This month will also be the beginning of the year-long, multi-denominational introduction to Judaism for those exploring conversion.

If you haven’t filled out the survey yet, you still have until Wednesday, January 31!

Help us figure out where we may have missed the mark and how we can hit it spot on.

The DJC Board of Directors –

Amelia, Emma, Hilla, Janice, Josh, Mara, Mindy, Nadya, Shelley, Tammi
