Open Your Doors for Pesach

Spring is sprung!  March saw so much happening within the DJC – from a Youngish & Jewish Shabbat, to continuing conversations in our Year of Wrestling Together, to another Shabbat UnService, to our vampy, campy Purim celebration, to our Havdalah Coffee House.  Our community is bringing their hearts, minds, and talents together in so many ways.

And now, here it is April, another packed month with events for families of young children, LGBTQ members of our community, and more.  On April 3rd, there will be an education session with Rabbi Miriam about Jewishness and the refugee experience, which is especially relevant as we wait for our Syrian family to arrive.  And on April 19th, we hope you’ll join us for one more community conversation, on the topic of God, Spirituality, and Atheism, before our final wrap-up in May.

Then, starting April 22nd, it’s Pesach.  Every year, there are those among us looking for a seder.  Please, if you can, we hope you’ll consider opening your doors to another member of the Circle.  Email info@djctoronto.com if you’re looking for a place – or have a seat at your table!
