A Bench of Menches: The DJC Needs New Board Members!

  • Mar 5, 2019
  • 1 min read

Have you been looking for a way to get more involved with the Danforth Jewish Circle and make a lasting impact on your community? Here’s your chance!

Nominations are now being accepted for new members on the DJC’s Board of Directors. Board members provide oversight, direction and input, and serve as representatives of the DJC to our members. Candidates must be DJC members with the desire to lead the DJC into its next phase. Prior experience with finance, accounting, human resources, legal, governance or not-for-profit management, technology skills or project management would be beneficial, but are not a necessity.

Serving on our Board is a meaningful (and fun!) way to contribute to the DJC community. The Board meets monthly for 3 hours, and an additional 3-5 hours per month is typical. To nominate yourself or someone else, please complete this form by April 1st.
