CHILDREN’S JEWISH STUDIES PROGRAM UPDATE

  • Oct 28, 2016

Our year started off with a bang.

We’ve had a great time learning about the High Holy Days and getting settled in for a year of Jewish learning.  Students are excited about their new chuggim (special activity) groups, and the integration of a “middah (Jewish value) of the month” program.  We had the pleasure of incorporating a family Sukkot program led by Rabbi Miriam, and we’re looking forward to helping lead the Shabbat service on Saturday, November 26th.

We are very pleased to welcome back Sabrina, our fantastic music teacher, and to continue with our oral/kinesthetic Hebrew lessons.

Please also note our new Shabbat program for preschoolers coming up on November 5th.
